Eastside Preparatory School is a growing organization with significant needs. Your support is essential for maintaining our program, keeping tuition costs competitive, and providing financial aid assistance to those who qualify. We are a Washington nonprofit corporation, exempt from federal tax. We do not receive any public funding. Gifts of any size will be essential to the founding and building of Eastside Prep. Your donations are fully tax deductible subject to the limitations of your individual tax situation.

Eastside Preparatory School - A Nonprofit Corporation

Eastside Preparatory School filed Articles of Incorporation as a Washington nonprofit corporation on May 17, 2002. The school registered with the Washington Secretary of State as a Charitable Organization, qualifying it to conduct fundraising activities and direct solicitation of donations within the state. On January 22, 2003, Eastside Preparatory School received an IRS Determination Letter granting it federal tax-exempt status under IRC Sec. 501(c)(3).

Eastside Prep and Amazon

Eastside Prep is pleased to be participating in the Amazon Associates program, which provides a rebate to Eastside Prep when purchases are made through our web portal at www.amazon.com/eastsideprep. Please note that purchases made from a billing address located outside of Washington State will not qualify for a rebate through this program.
